Returns and Damages

⋒ They may contain very minor imperfections due to them being hand crafted.

⋒ Because these are hand crafted just for you, no refunds or returns will be accepted. No refunds or returns will be accepted for cups with normal wear and tear or damage from customer use or if dropped. 

⋒ If your item is damages due to customer use, I may* be able to fix it for a fee. This depends on many factors and the fee can only be determined after examining the tumbler. I am not responsible for damage related to improper care or handling.
